Independent Living Specialist

Are you passionate about working with people with disabilities? Do you enjoy assisting people in difficult circumstances? Are you comfortable meeting people in their homes? If you answered yes to all, you should apply for this position!

Most of What You’ll Do: Assist people with disabilities to develop Independent Living Plans and goals. Uphold the Independent Living Philosophy helping people remain in their homes. Document activities in agency database.

Training and Experience

Social Service experience/working with individuals with disabilities– 3 years required.

Computer experience with MS Office required.

Bachelor’s degree in a human-services related field - preferred.
