Optometric Technician

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Optometric Technician to join our team.  This role is essential in supporting out doctors and ensuring patients receive thorough, efficent, and compassionate eye care. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast paced clinical envrionment.

Key resposibilites

-Greet and prepare patients for exams

-Obtain medical and ocular case histories

-Perform pre-testesting including: Visual acuity, Auto refraction, tonometry, OCT, Visual fields, and fundus photography.

-Assist the Dr during patient examinations

-Train patients on contact lens insertion and removal

-Accuratley document findings in electronic medical records

-Support front office or optical team as needed
