Job Overview

Acorns Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to help create a welcoming experience for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and can confidently handle reservations, guest questions, and front desk operations with professionalism and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service at the front desk
• Check guests in and out and assist with reservation
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about reservations, policies, and resort amenities
• Use the point-of-sale system to assist guests with retail purchases
• Accurately handle cash, return change, and complete end-of-day drawer balancing
• Restock shelves, dust, and help keep the front desk area clean and organized
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Handling and resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and use front desk systems

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay discussed at time of interview/hiring and based on experience, skills, education, or special duties
• Bi-weekly pay
